UJE Gastro Rooms

Diocletian Palace was the beginning and still is the center where we bring to life the history and tradition respecting what Dalmatia and Split love - oil, wine and seafood.

Dining Room

UJE Oil Bar Dining room of the main restaurant building, with the seating capacity for up to 35 people. This is where the main kitchen is and it caters inside and outside guests over breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is where some of our tastings take place.

Seafood experience

UJE Oil Bar Seafood experience room is a restaurant's fish market. Guest can come in and choose the fish or shellfish to have for dinner.

Gastro Shop & olive oil tasting

UJE Oil Bar Gastro shop and olive oil tasting room is where you can buy some of the traditional Croatian food and drinks you had over lunch or dinner at the restaurant.

Dalmatian charcuterie board & cheese dining room

UJE Oil Bar Dalmatian Charcuterie and cheese dining bar where we prepare and serve our food. It is also used for different tastings, Chef’s Table experience and cooking classes. It can accommodate up to 12 people.

Seafood open kitchen dining room

UJE Oil Bar Seafood open kitchen dining room is where we prepare the additional daily menu for dinner. It is also used for cooking classes. It can accommodate up to 20 people.

Dining Room

UJE Oil Bar Dining room is across from Seafood open kitchen and can accommodate up to 30 people to enjoy the dinner menu. It is often used for our tastings.

Wine & dine room

UJE Oil Bar Wine and dine room is an intimate space that has a western wall of the palace in it. Perfect for romantic dinner or private events organised in our restaurant. It can accommodate up to 16 people.
